Every call goes by the script. Even when the customer doesn’t.
Cueline follows your agents’ calls and shows the right next line the moment a customer objects, drifts or gets upset. It checks the required disclosures as they’re said. And it runs on the agent’s own computer: nothing is recorded, nothing is uploaded.
A pilot for insurance agencies that sell by phone. Free while we build it with you.
Plan comparison
- Based on your doctors and prescriptions, I found two plans that fit.
- The first keeps Dr. Patel in network and covers your inhaler.
- Your monthly premium on that one would be $42.
- The second has a lower premium but a higher deductible.
Customer honestly that’s more than we pay now
- TPMO disclaimer 00:41
- Scope of appointment 01:58
- Enrollment period dates
No recordings.
No audio leaves the computer.
No waiting on the cloud.
How a call goes
-
You read, it follows
Your script scrolls with the agent’s voice, word by word. Ad-lib a joke or answer a side question and it waits right where you left off.
-
They push back, it branches
When the customer raises price, timing, a spouse who has to decide, or a plan they already have, the matching page of your script tabs out. Start reading it and the script follows. Ignore it and nothing changes.
-
The checklist fills itself
Mark the lines that must be said, like the TPMO disclaimer at the top of a Medicare sales call. Each one ticks when the agent says it, and Cueline reminds them before the moment passes.
Write branches the way you’d coach a new agent
No keyword lists. Describe when a branch applies in a sentence, and Cueline matches what the customer actually says against it, including the indirect versions.
- Price objection
- They say it costs more than they pay now, ask for something cheaper, or go quiet after the premium.
- Needs to ask spouse
- They want to talk it over with a husband, wife, or adult child before deciding.
- Happy with current plan
- They mention their current carrier or say they’re fine with what they have.
- Ready to enroll
- They ask what happens next, when coverage starts, or what you need from them.
The call never leaves the agent’s computer
Cueline listens, transcribes and decides inside the browser on the agent’s machine. There’s no recording to store, no audio stream to a server, and no transcript in someone else’s cloud.
That’s also why it’s fast. Suggestions are designed to land in under a quarter of a second, before the customer has finished their sentence. A round trip to the cloud can’t do that.
If you turn on team insights, Cueline shares outcomes only, like “price objection, branch used, appointment set”. Never audio, never words.
| Cueline | Cloud call tools | |
|---|---|---|

| Sends audio to a server | No | Yes |
| Helps during the call | Yes, live | Varies, often after the call |
| Works offline | Yes | No |
| Per-minute processing costs | None | Built into the price |

Questions agencies ask
Do we need the customer’s consent?
Cueline doesn’t record or store calls, but it does transcribe them live on the agent’s computer, and rules differ by state. We’ll give you a suggested disclosure line for the top of the call. Please confirm it with your compliance team or counsel.
Which dialers does it work with?
During the pilot, any dialer that runs in a Chrome tab. If your agents use a desktop dialer, tell us which one in the form. It decides what we support next.
How accurate is it?
We’re measuring that with pilot agencies on real calls, and we’ll share the numbers with you. Cueline only suggests. The agent decides, and the script only moves when they start reading the new section.
Does it work for compliance reviews?
It helps agents say the required lines on every call, and shows which ones were said and when. It doesn’t replace your QA process or keep recordings for audits.
What will it cost after the pilot?
Pricing will be per agent. We’ll agree it with you before the pilot ends, and you can walk away at any point.
